Indigenous Recovery for Every Body.

You don't need another wellness programme. You need to actually recover.Whether you are carrying burnout in your body, leading a team running on empty, or simply ready to come home to yourself — this is a place built for that.We are an indigenous-led sanctuary on Oriental Parade. For organisations

We don't pitch wellness to organisations. We came from inside them.

Kailah Saupese spent 11 years across HR and People + Culture roles in Wellington's government agencies — then founded HR Boutique and Navigating Worlds (Leadership + Life Coaching), and worked with marae, Ngāti Kahu Rūnanga, and NGOs. She knows what burnout looks like from the inside. She found her way back. Now she brings that back to organisations like yours. We work with teams and leaders across three stages:— Heal · Your people are depleted. EAP, wellness days, breathwork, bodywork.
— Grow · Your leaders need capability and tools. Coaching and Maramataka-based leadership workshops.
— Evolve · You're ready to embed real wellbeing into how your organisation runs. People + Culture Diagnostic and Maramataka implementation.
Every engagement is tailored to your people and where they're at.

"I walked in with chronic tension and headaches for days, and left with no tension — relief like I haven't felt in months. I'm definitely coming back."

"The next day I felt so tau (at peace) and really refreshed — and that feeling stayed with me. Highly recommend if you feel ready to release what's no longer serving you and come back into balance."

Thank you for supporting our team's wellbeing during a difficult time of change and uncertainty. Having a programme that aligns to our values and incorporated spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing wrap around support was awesome! Our team always looked forward to our weekly sessions and highly recommend to other organisations."— Ministry for Pacific Peoples | Wellington

"Kailah – thank you very much for your advice and help with all the processes required to bring this completion of employment situation to a conclusion. It was never going to be an easy thing for us to manage, and the professionalism of your involvement helped immensely."— Papa Hone Harawira

Kailah Saupese · Founder + Visionary

Born into healing. Built for this moment.

Māori and Samoan.
Ngāti Whātua, Ngāti Kahu |
Solosolo and Satitoa, Aleipata.
Kailah was raised in a family home where the Wellington Samoan community came for fofō long before they went to doctors. She trained in Te Rau Aroha under Marama Mata of House of Rehua, and was nurtured in rongoā Māori, mirimiri, and romiromi in Te Hiku o te Ika.She spent 11 years across HR and People + Culture roles in Wellington's government agencies — then founded HR Boutique and Navigating Worlds (Leadership + Life Coaching), and worked with marae, Ngāti Kahu Rūnanga, and NGOs. She knows both worlds from the inside.Te Whare Hihiri is the consolidation of all three — her HR expertise, her coaching practice, and her healing lineage, held in one whare.

Kenape Saupese · Creative Director

Samoan. Le Pā and Fusi, Safotu, Savai'i.
Born in Wellington. Raised in the PIPC community in Newtown.
Kenape grew up where faith, music, and togetherness were the foundation. For over 10 years he was the lead singer of Wellington band Tomorrow People. Since then he has channelled that gift into healing rangatahi — running music workshops, and visiting schools around Wellington, showing young people what's possible when creativity becomes medicine.

Together, Kailah and Kenape bring both the ancient and the creative — bodywork, ceremony, and sound — held in Te Whare Hihiri | House of Energy, Frequency + Flow.
